The spa does want to know when you will be there, They want to maintain the tranquil experience and so they don’t want to overbook a particular time. I just showed up and they made it work but I would recommend letting them know by email or calling. It took me about an hour and a half to deplane, collect my luggage, and travel there from the airport. The held my baggage and I’d packed my swimsuit…”
