“This was one of the best spas I’ve visited, amazing ambiance, beautifully decorated. This spa is less touristy than some of the others. He didn’t get overly busy and was beautiful from start to finish. Looking at some of the other reviews that say the staff were rude we found the staff to be extremely friendly and really helpful. We took our own flip-flops but we did hire a robe. This only cost a couple of pounds.. we had the VIP package and a glass of champagne on arrival. we would definitely recommend Mandala Day spa we felt super relaxed after it.”

“I would not travel with this tour company again. We were 4 Americans (2 of us speak some Spanish) in a van of mostly Brazilian tourists. First, the van arrived 35 minutes after the specified meeting time of 8:45am. Then, about halfway to the spa, the van developed a flat tire. After about an hour of sitting at the side of the highway (the driver did not keep the group informed, didn’t speak English or try to let us know anything) another van came to take us to the spa. “Getting there from Naples was harder than welcome anticipated as it involved a rail replacement bus connection but it was worth it when we arrived. We explored the outdoor pools first, feet nibbling fish in one and mud at the next with a 'greenhouse' to sit in to let the mud dry!! Signage wasn't great and we nearly didnt find the natural thermal pool and sauna inside th3 building. This was definitely the highlight. Beware though, bathing hats compulsory at the indoor pool and we were stopped but reception very kindly gave us one each.”
