“The receptionist fellow was polite and helpful. The Nepalese masseuse was exceptional: very thorough and professional. Best massage I had in a long-long time. It didn’t feel rushed, everything went smoothly and exactly as advertised. Honestly, it was one of the very few occasions in Istanbul that didn’t feel like a rip off. Highly recommend.”

“Would not recommend or visit again!! Don’t fall for the photograph SCAM. We agreed to buy 2 pictures then the photographer lied and tried to force us to buy 3. Despite signs stating card payment is available they do not accept card. Constantly trying to add on extra massages. The female Hammam worker was rude and did not do a good job. When we did not buy photographs we were made to wait an extra 30 minutes in the rain for a return transfer whilst the driver sat smoking. Also the towels provided were not clean and smelled musky.”

“This was a really disappointing experience and the customer service since has also been horrendous. This was supposed to be a 2 hour relaxing experience but ours was about 15 mins. The driver forget to pick us up, our hotel manager had to call them for us to remind them to pick us up as we had been waiting ages, they picked us up 25 mins late, at 11:25 and we were returned back to our hotel at 12:15, even if they say the experience includes travel time/dressing time then this didn't even total half of what was promised when booking. They let you sit in a cold sauna for…”

“It was a lovely relaxing experience. We did get the upsale when we had the massage. The masseur got a lady in to explain he had found a health issue. I wondered what was wrong! Thought he'd found something serious. I was told another thirty minutes working on the issue would sort me out. It was a shame they didn't speak very good English as we felt we were being given orders.”
